“酒店让我感觉自己像个坏人，保安陪着办理入住手续，进出要检查房间卡，到车里拿衣服，保安就在旁边看着。退房没人来帮忙拿行李，自己拿进汽车，但有工作人员来问我房间号码！酒店音乐一直持续到半夜，噪音让我无法入睡！”

“Although we came very early in the morning, they guided us immediately to our room, we really appreciated it. We checked in very early, therefore we had the whole day to do our thing. Very cozy, made us feel like at home”

“Havalimanına yakın olması nedeni ile bir gece konakladık ancak telrar gideceğimize eminim, odalardaki konfor, kullanılan şampuan vs seçimi, restoran menüsü ve kahvaltı gerçekten başarılıydı ayrıca her yemeği chef kendisi bize anlatarak servis etti ve kendi bahçelerinden yaptıkları limon marmelatını çok beğendimiz için nasıl yapıldığını anlattı ve hediye etti, spa olanakları gayet güzeldi spor salonu güzel düşünülmüş personelde güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar, kısacası……

“Although our overall rating of the Layla is ‘good’ it could have been so much better if the staff were better managed and trained. (If you’re a Brit think Fawlty Towers!) The hotel and setting has a Balinese feel, almost tropical, with 2 beautiful pools. We stayed in 2 rooms both of which could only be described as ‘rustic’ in terms of quality but there was a certain charm and uniqueness which, if you could see beyond the dirty footprints in the carpet and mould in the showers, was quite……
