"Villa Kayahan is very well maintained with a fabulous pool area. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 8 people with separate en suites for each bedroom. Only thing worth noting is that it is a longer than perhaps expected walk to the town/restaurants etc for eating out so we used taxis to and from (approx 100 TL each way). There is a good local shop for all basic needs approx a 10 minute walk away. Very good comms with the owner. "

"We arrived and kitchen tap was hanging off . Toilet broke first time of flushing and ran all night . Kettle fused first time of use No pillowcases No tea towels or oven gloves - Told to buy our own . Pool motor held open with splintered piece of wood dangerous to walk near. Rusty garden loungers despite told we were the first to stay . After 2 days of our week stay we left as house unsafe , not finished . "

"Villa is modern and comfortable. Great location - just a short walk from a shop and only a little bit further to the town with its shops and restaurants. Local people very friendly and the on-site staff very helpful."
