“We stayed after a concert in the area and it was perfect weather so the stay was pleasant. We did not have a chance to utilize the fire pit or grill but everything was as expected”

“Check in was super easy. The host messaged me the code for the door lock on our day of check in and no issues. The room is above a steakhouse in an older, Victorian style home. The room has everything you need. A bed, a smart tv, a toilet and a shower. The room was clean when we arrived and the shower had different shampoos and soaps in it. The house is approximately 1 mile from the downtown shops and bars/restaurants. A lot of the shops close early but the bars are open pretty late. There’s a……

“We had a large group and this place could not have been more perfect, we had a blast. It is enormous there were 15 bedrooms total, including some bunk rooms and plenty of room for everyone. The pool is amazing and warm, the pool room is enormous. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic. We will hopefully return sooner than later, it was a great winter stay and I'm sure it's amazing in the summer too. ”

“This house was great. Much bigger inside than it looks. Clean, well-maintained and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. Nice outside area as well. Communication with Denise, the property owner, was super easy and she was very helpful. “The property is very comfortable and clean. It is convenient to the ski area, Warwick, New York's apple orchards and fun main street shopping, Penning's Cidery & Orchard. The driveway is steep, if you have multiple cars, parking across the street (if allowed) may be preferred.”

“Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house.……
