“This cottage is this perfect place for a quick little getaway! We had the most perfect lazy stay for the weekend secluded from the city. Just sitting outside the cottage watching the lake in silence was so peaceful. The host was also extremely responsive and detailed in her messages. Would highly recommend.”

Zero noise from neighbors, perfect weather, everything we needed was provided, and being directly on the lake really took this vacation to the next level. Unmatched views and relaxation on the dock and the deck, not to mention the lakefront yard for the dog and for late night fires. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you!”

“Kevin was a incredibly hospitable. The house is in a great location and you can find just about anything within walking distance. Port Jervis is a nice town where you can feel safe wandering about. The backyard was also great and very convenient for our dogs. 10/10 I recommend it!”

“Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house.……

“The house was amazing for large groups and the common space was extremely spacious. We spent the weekend in Warwick and it was extremely convenient to get to wineries, breweries and downtown! It’s also right next to a ski mountain where you can literally walk to the top and there’s an exceptional view.”

“My family had a great time. The property is beautiful and the front yard is right on a big private lake. We enjoyed boating and caught a bunch of fish.The house is very charming and comfortable. Peaceful and fun place. Definitely going back again soon.”

“We had a wonderful time, in spite of rain. The cabin was very comfortable and well stocked. It was literally less than a quarter of a mile to the hiking trails. Our dogs were very comfortable as well. One caveat. If you are coming in via RT. 209, do not turn off of Pine Kill Rd onto David Rhodes rd. Apparently GPS thinks you can go through, but it puts you on a dead end road. If you stay on Pine Kill, it will eventually route you the right way.”
