“Communication by the host was spectacular! Fast, clear and concise messages. House was clean with several amenities. Water temp and pressure was good. Quiet neighborhood. Within minutes of Walmart and Dollar General for any last minute toiletries. Several food options near by. Fast access to the highway. I would stay hear again.”

“Percy's place was amazing. It is located in a beautiful residential area in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a great screened in back porch with very nice furniture. The house was equipped with everything you need to cook meals in the oversized kitchen. The rest of the house was also well stocked with essentials so there was no need to rush to the store. If I ever need to rent a home in that area again, I will definitely check this house first. Thank you Percy for making our stay so……

“This VRBO is one of my favorites. Very quiet, clean, King bed was very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. We loved staying in a Tobacco Barn (Baccer barn). My husband is from Newton Grove and it brought back memories from his childhood. Well done!”

Everything that I needed was available, coffee, towels, and travel sizes of shampoo & conditioner as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste! I was very happy with the cleanliness too. “The property is in a nice location. However, upon our arrival at 4:30 p.m. the house was not clean at all (dirty bathroom, wash cloths, towels, dirty sheets, unmade bed, trash on table, etc.). It took me 2-3 hours to get in contact with our host and had to contact VRBO direct to help try and resolve. The cleaners finally showed up at 8:30 p.m. to clean the house, we missed time with family & friends that we traveled hours to see for a wedding because of dealing with this "Unclean" House.”
