Beautiful location, very kind young men, rather comfortable parking. Too bad for: The dangerous steps between the bedroom and the bathroom The goods raise instead of the elevator The poorly working darkening system

Interesting building and nice service

Historical place with some limitations. The layout of room and bathroom bit strange: room enormous and bathroom very tiny. Too few sockets, no place for cosmetics in the bathroom while just a shelf would make a change. For more then a week we wait for refund of overcharged payment. Breakfast awfull- bad organisation, cold food.

Leider wurde die Erwartung nicht erfüllt

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Das Zimmer groß und sauber. Parken mit 10 Euro ok. Frühstück für 15 Euro auch ok, die Auswahl aber nicht zu groß. Check in leider unpersönlich. Man muss klingeln um in das Hotel zu kommen. Die Rezeption ist nur sporadisch besetzt. Zimmer in der 4. Etage ( Bilder zeigen Zimmer in den unteren Etagen) und der Aufzug war defekt. Im Zimmer sind zu wenig Steckdosen. Am Bett keine, man muss sein Handy auf den Boden legen. Es gibg zwar eine Kaffee tee Station, aber keine Steckdose dafür. Deckel des Wasserkochers defekt. Nur wenige tv sender verfügbar, vermutlich wurde die Abschaltung einiger Sender nicht berücksichtigt. Insgesamt werden hohe Erwartungen geweckt die nicht erfüllt werden können. Schade.

Schöne Lage, aber 4 Sterne? Keine Bar, nur Selbstbedienung aus einem Kühlschrank. Zimmer super und so alles schön da. Abends musste man sehen wohin- Gottseidank gibt es viele Möglichkeiten in der Altstadt. Bei 4 Sternen hätte man auch eine Minibar im Zimmer erwartet. Schade für das schöne Haus.

Leider wurde sehr seltsam auf meine Bitte um eine Rechnung für Frühstück (immerhin 15 €!) und Parken (10) reagiert. Erst hieß es "bekommen Sie morgen", dann "schicken wir per Mail", dann kam nichts. Der (Behinderten-)Fahrstuhl (bis 22 Uhr) war auch eher grenzwertig. Schade, dass somit der insgesamt gute Eindruck geschmälert wiurde!

Das Hotel ist im Zentrum von Görlitz und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Sehr gerne wieder.

Dejligt stort værelse, det kan betale sig at betale lidt mere - så får man meget. Hotellets restaurant ligger lidt fra hotellet og tager kun imod kontant betaling. Fine P-forhold

Sehr schönes Haus, Fahrstuhl gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht alle Zimmer für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Wir waren zwei Nächte dort, im Service sollte tägliche Reinigung beinhaltet sein. Zufällig trafen wir die Reinigungskraft auf dem Flur und sie fragte, ob wir wirklich eine Zimmerreinigung bräuchten. Das war unangenehm und wir sagten nein. Schade auch, dass zwar ein Coffeemaker auf dem Zimmer war, aber nur Teebeutel. Auf Nachfrage sah uns die Tochter des Hauses nur befremdlich an und meinte, nein, löslichen Kaffee gäbe es nicht. Schade.

Wir verbrachten drei Nächte in diesem zentral gelegenen Hotel. Der Empfang war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir hatten eigentlich das ein paar Meter entfernt dazugehörige Gästehaus mit 3* gebucht und konnten jedoch für nur 10,00€/Tag Aufpreis direkt im 4*-Haupthaus übernachten. Ausstattung ist typisch italienisches Flair, unser Zimmer war sehr groß zum Marktplatz gelegen. Dort herrscht reges Treiben, jedoch hört man bei geschlossenen Fenstern nichts. Bad ist groß, schick und modern, aber ohne Fenster. Daher wäre eine hellere Beleuchtung nicht schlecht, denn die Leuchte an Spiegel und Decke empfanden wir zu dunkel. Frühstück gibt's im Gewölberaum und ist ausreichend. Vielleicht lag es an der Vorsaison, dass es für uns nicht jeden Morgen Buffet gab. Am 1. Tag bekamen wir eine sehr große Platte mit Wurst, Käse, Gemüse, Tomate/Mozzarella etc. am Tisch serviert. Marmelade sowie Saft, Wasser, Obst und Müsli stand am Buffet. Es war eigentlich zu viel, wir haben es nicht geschafft. Am 2. Tag war die Platte kleiner. Obstsalat u. Saft wurde jetzt auch am Tisch serviert. Marmelade, Honig oder auch Joghurt/Quark etc. fehlte und war auch nicht im Buffee-Raum zu finden. Bei Nachfrage wurde es gebracht. Erst am 3. Tag konnten wir das komplette Buffet genießen. Wir empfanden den Preis von 15,--€/Pers. für ein Frühstück eindeutig zu teuer. Zu diesem Preis bekommt man bereits ein gutes Abendessen. Übernachten würden wir dort wieder, frühstücken jedoch alternativ günstiger in einer Bäckerei.

Keine Hilfe nach 22 Uhr

Ich wäre gerne bei meiner Ankunft hierüber informiert worden: Die Lüftung im Bad läuft nach dem Duschen noch mehr als eine Stunde brummend nach. ich wollte schlafen aber war total genervt weil ich ja nicht wusste wie lange das Brummen noch geht. das was sehr unschön. Ich wollte die Rezeption anrufen aber bekam keine Antwort. dann bin ich runtergelaufen aber habe auch niemanden zum Fragen gefunden. Es gibt nach 22 Uhr keinen Ansprechpartner mehr im Hotel und auch keine Telefonnummer für Notfälle. man ist vollkommen auf sich alleine gestellt. Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster zum wintergarten also nicht direkt nach draußen. Alles andere war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft mit gräumigen Zimmern. Alles sehr sauber. Die Lage für Stadtbummler ist perfekt. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden, etwas langsam, aber erfüllt seinen Zweck. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und lecker. Die Anreise mit PKW ist auch kein Problem, da direkt am Hotel für Aus-und Einladen gehalten werden kann und der Hotelparkplatz zwar um den Block, aber gut erreichbar ist. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.
