「The hallway carpets and elevator were filthy and had not been cleaned in quite some time. Bathroom walls and shower had mold stains and room floors dirty. Vent in bathroom ready to fall out of ceiling. Returned to room and neither key would work! Checked with checking staff and found that they lost my credit card number and could not charge me for dog fee, so needed me to come to desk and present my card again.
