「This was a fantastic little boutique hotel right in the heart of Frankfurt. My only regret is that we stayed for just one night! We were fortunate to book the suite on the top floor -- a wonderful large room with a balcony/patio which was wonderful to enjoy a coffee or cocktails in the lovely German summer evening. 「We absolutely loved this wonderful hotel! The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and having two separate duvets meant we both slept like babies. The bathroom was so thoughtfully designed too – with dual sinks so we could get ready at the same time without bumping elbows! Little touches made it special: the bamboo/wooden toothbrushes and razors felt both eco-chic and luxurious, and our room’s sofa and chaise lounge were perfect for relaxing. But the breakfast? 「Staying at Hotel West has been one of the pleasant experience with EU hotels. It offers nice, friendly and home-like settings, nice breakfast and great transporting location. Although the front desk is not 24hrs, with normal working schedule on a business trip it didn't bother me at all. And I can't show enough appreciation to the help extended by the hotel staff, especially Jorg the manager. I visited the city this time for a trade show, and one of the packages mailed ahead was delayed by DHL....
