Sejong is in a perfect location, right next to the metro station and markets but not ok noise. The service was very good and efficient. However, there was some mould in the bathroom and the shower didn’t work properly. There are also 24hr protests outside the hotel due to unfair dismissal, which we wish we’d known before staying.

I like the concept of the Urban place because it's like a residence, but you still have room service and a front desk. That was my second stay there.

"I’ve been a loyal guest for 20 years, but the unfriendliness of the hotel staff has remained unchanged. The front desk staff consistently behave like government officials.
