"We recently stayed at the Sheraton Resort for a family vacation, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. Check-in was smooth, and the service throughout our stay was consistently friendly and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family, with a beautiful view and all the amenities we needed. The resort grounds were stunning—immaculately kept, with plenty of space for the kids to play and explore. What stood out most was how family-friendly the resort is. From activities for the kids to helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate us, it really made for a stress-free and memorable holiday. "

"One of my best stays in Japan! Safe, conveniently located and well worth the money. Saving on travel and accommodations like complimentary bottles of water, free full breakfast 😋. Yes it is pricey but you save in a lot of other areas especially time and stress from coordinating travel. Stayed for Ultra 2025 and will always come back!"

"This place have options to transfer to Maihama station, Bayside station (disney trains), Haneda airport and Narita Airport. Also they don't have adapters for NEMA 5-15 so you need to buy one in Japan like Don Quite or just bring your own. They do have USB to wall converter though The downside is they don't run very late and so you need to plan ahead. They do have access to Maihama and so if you wanted to get some disney Shopping done at ikspiari and Bon Voyage then it is a free trip to and from Maihama station. If you miss the last bus from Bayside station, you can walk to the Hotel since it is right across the street. I would say the downside for many of the properties around Disney Tokyo Resort is the lack of late night dining, so you have no options unless you want to take a taxi to some of the 24 hours spots in Tokyo."

"Nice hotel close to the Disney parks in Tokyo. We had a room over looking the bay and we could see Mount Fuji and the Tokyo bay bridge in the distance "
