We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt House Kanazawa. Location is excellent right next to Kanazawa station, walk to hotel 5 mins. The room was quite spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. It also had a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, big refrigerator, and all the necessary cutlery, including a dishwasher. Very happy with our stay!

Breakfast is excellent. Free Ramen at night and it is quite delicious. Too many people in the onsen from 9 to 12, should avoid this period. Bed in room is very comfortable so that I can sleep well. Japanese style hotel with good location is spacious and comfy. Highly recommend and will come again.
Only cons is you have to take off your shoes and wear only socks when moving around the hotel. Imagine if the suitcase wheels were dirty; you might not want to walk along the path your suitcase...

(+) outstanding 5-star service; location: 5-10 mins walk to travel spot; hot springs pools are small but nice: breakfast is not the best but still nice looking.
Was impressed since the reception: snack and tea were served upon arrival, more snacks provided in the room. Special thankful to the guy who served us; he even helped us to bring over true car from the parking lot to the entrance after we checked out. Love the stay and no complaints at all! Would love to stay longer and come back if...
