「The hotel was beautiful but the front desk was not helpful we got a small room for 3 people the extra bed was uncomfortable and the manager promised us a bigger room and did not honor it… the other staff were fantastic great service… faid was the front desk manager and not helpful at all」
「We enjoyed our visit very much. The room was very good and well equipped. When we had some problems with the coffee machine someone came to fix it. Breakfast was very nice and generous. The pool is nice and we were sorry for not trying the spa which looks great. It was a bit disappointed to find out that the rooftop bar is not open yet but we found out we could use the bar in the restaurant. Over all we had a very good experience and we will be happy to come again.」
