A lovely Rogue River view awaits at this one-bedroom, third-floor condo! Step inside the open-plan layout, and you’ll notice how spacious the lofted ceiling makes the cozy space feel. Bright white walls and a paneled ceiling add to the airinessl. Start the day on your balcony with a cup of steaming coffee in hand, then head inside to get ready for a day exploring all the outdoor activities the Rogue River area offers. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a full breakfast or just a snack for the road. After a day out exploring the area’s beaches, hiking, and forests, return to your sweet spot and settle in for the evening in front of the flatscreen TV to stream your favorite shows. Another day of adventure awaits tomorrow!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Horrible
I have never left a negative review. But.... We chose this location due to the rogue river, the views, the windows, the fireplace, balcony, BBQ. We got there and all the windows were covered up due to painting the condo. We could not see out. The lady in charge said Vacasa (vrbo) was not supposed to rent this out due to being sprayed with chemical. We were told to stay inside. We have still not received a refund. Absolutely a joke, a large disappointment; this was our 2 day vacation. Don't trust them.

Just Fine
This place was fine. Not terrible, not impressive - but for the price we were satisfied. And the view is lovely. At the same time, the lack of any sort of care for the place was noticeable, and I wouldn't have wanted a longer stay here. The couch felt like sitting on cardboard with box springs. No bath mats or pot holders. No garbage disposal. The fireplace is featured in pictures but not available for use. And everything is just a little bit broken - protective pane on balcony was off and leaning on the railing, no door stoppers and you could see where the knobs had done damage, dishwasher was broken, kitchen outlet didn't work, key pad didn't work, chipped railings inside. The shower doesn't drain. The toilet paper holder is uninstalled and under the sink instead of attached to the wall. It's really just a lot of little things that aren't a big deal individually, but add up for the overall feeling that no one cares about the quality of this place at all. All that said, it met our needs and I'd stay there again for a weekend as long as the price doesn't go up.

Great view! Snarky lady below us left a note on our door saying we are too loud. Really made me upset as we are very quiet. Really have no idea what she was griping about. TV didn’t work.

Good place overall needs finishing touches
Good location for VRBO. Accurate description and good location to gold beach and short drive to multiple beach access points. Not missing anything but could use more amenities such as extra towels, cooking oil, floor mats for bathroom and front door, extra blankets. Stairs could be problematic for clumsy people or dogs. Overall place was reasonably priced and had a great view.

Beautiful property; rough around the edges; horrible communication
Good news first. It is beautiful, exactly as represented in the images; clean, modern, well-designed, with ALMOST everything needed for a great stay. However, in the word "almost" lies much room for improvement. It's as if the system was designed & run by AI. It met all the basic needs & was certainly comfortable but it's as if no one ever stayed there and was aware that humans need and want some "humanity". As examples, there was no seasoning or condiments, period; not even salt or pepper. (As a matter of fact, the shakers were emptied with their tops sitting next to them.) Some electric sockets worked; some did not; always a mystery. Sometimes 1 plug in a socket worked & the other in the same socket didn't. As example, although the TV turned on, it said "no source" because the socket below it, hooked to the Roku, is not on the same circuit, rather, controlled by a wall switch on the OTHER SIDE of the condo. We discovered this by accident, after calling support. (This could have been easily resolved by having notes in the condo but when I called, I was told, "I should have read the 'digital portfolio." I had. There was nothing about it.) We were promised a toaster. It wasn't there. Coffee maker had no basket so I had to place the filter carefully inside, to not get grinds everywhere. There were no wastebaskets upstairs. There's a balcony but only 1 chair. (I guess the other person stands?) The only mirror in the entire place was the over the sink in the bathroom. No hot pads to take anything out of the oven. The shower door was hanging tenusously. I was afraid it would fall. No tissues anywhere. Although there was a desk upstairs (nice touch), only 1 very low wattage lamp lighting the entire loft, meaning the desk was useless. I admit they are all minor problems but because they are minor, they could be easily fixed, allowing the experience to be much better. Finally, it takes "forever" to get a return call, to the point where it's too late. They seem to care, but judging by their actions, not so much. They have loads of automated emails and texts but when it comes to human communication, not so much. Even a few notes posted around the place would have been really helpful. (I was told they don't do that. Why?) I do want to commend the local person who heard I was having problems and bought a toaster & coffee maker basket for us. He was fantastic. We'd probably stay again, because of the view but we'd bring everything from home.
