“Would recommend. Clean, great staff, modern.”

“Good to be on 2nd floor as the ramp and stairs to the street are easily accessed in a fire. We did have two false alarms late evening with no comms from anyone until it was obvious there was no fire. Other occupants are getting blasé about the alarms as a result and didn’t leave their apartments.Plenty of room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Patio area was substantial, getting sun till about 10:30 in AM. But this area became a receiver of smokers’ butts from apartments above.”

“beautiful views, relaxing living environment, equipped with most of the kitchen wares you need. Helpful staffs. ”

“We paid for an ocean view but it’s actually blocked by a nearby tall building. Filter of the dryer constantly comes off during work so the lints are everywhere. Elevator and AC systems are old. No internet in master bedroom. But really big TV in the living room is a plus.”
