「It Was advertised as a “phenomenal penthouse” & “gorgeous apartment” this was False & Misleading and in need of repairs, a thorough clean, patch & paint job. It was a below average ordinary apartment.」

「The view was amazing, being on the 32nd floor with a beach view in Broadbeach, can't really complain! The kitchen was mostly well equipped, other than only having 3 bowls, now has another 4 after we went and purchased some. Overall the property was clean, but the lounge needs a deeper clean. Decor nice and modern and living area spacious. A significant reason we booked this property was because it had listed a king bed in the main bedroom, a bath in the main bathroom, Sauna and Games room. None...
