「Having flown half way around the world and arriving in the evening (7.00 pm) I was a little surprised that there was nothing to advise how to get in the room. I didn’t realise that in a very small sentence at the bottom of the message stated that you had to find a specific parking space and then the key combination lock in the dark and input a code! Also not good that the number on the lock was not the number on the email or the room number!!! We stayed in 4204 but the lock was 4024!When I...

「We had a wonderful stay, the unit was lovely and very clean. It was so lovely to be able to bring our fur babies with us, they had the best time. 」

「Whilst the accommodation was ok, there were quite a few maintenance issues that need correcting. The lockbox refused to open despite many attempts on arrival and departure to open it. If another tenant had not assisted me I have no idea how long I would have been waiting out front to enter. The owner was informed and offered a gift card, but nobody attended to fix it while I was there. 」

「There was very little information on the site about the property so I didn't realise that it was 2 storeys with 3 bedrooms upstairs - fortunately there was a bedroom downstairs. The location was excellent and the host was very helpful and responsive. It's in a lovely position on the canals.」
