This place is amazing, not 1 fault could i find on my stay. The cabins are spacious extremely clean & have everything you need in the kitchen. The grounds are beautifully kept, the pools are lovely, clean & relaxing. The staff, each & everyone of them are amazing, so polite & always there to help with a smile. Rooms and general amenities are amazing for families. Splash park has been upgraded, whale slide in lagoon pool needs to be updated. New shack selling drinks and snacks is good. Seems to be an emphasis on alcohol now. The cafe has less options and quality then eight years ago. Would be good to have some healthy sides, more vegies, salads and fruits. Showcase local ingredients. The staff were amazing. The amenities are great and it is a great place to be for families, Bring back the shuttle service, in current offering has not improved since my last visit and i would opt for somewhere in the city instead on our next visit. If you have a car or ability to travel in and out it is ideal place to stay as it gives an escape for the kids.
