Both Trevor and Patrick were great with any questions we had. External property was well looked after and clean. Room was comfortable, lovely north aspect view, though room cleaning could be improved. Perfect location, walking distance to Broadbeach mall and comfortable waterfront walk to Surfers Paradise. Pool area great and also perfect for little kids. Check in / out smooth process. We look forward to future stays there.

Great stay, beach views and easy beach access. Coffee one block away at surf club. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the spacious apartment and having a washing machine after 5 days in a single hotel room as a family of 4.

We stayed on level 8 in room 29.It had excellent views of the beach and ocean. The room had some good and some bad aspects to it. Was quite dusty and the floor could have done with some vacuuming. Apartment had a funny smell to it as well. A good cleanup would make this place a five star stay. A good thing about the place was that it seemed like it had newly renovated bathrooms which was in excellent shape. I would recommend the owners to provide a clothes airer as well. Thankyou
