This spacious self-contained villa is located on the Ground Floor and offers a comfortable stay on the Gold Coast, ideal for families, groups, or business travellers seeking a spacious home with resort-style facilities.
Bedroom Configuration
Ground Floor Bedroom 1: Features 2 Single Beds.
First Floor Master Bedroom: Features 1 King Bed (configured as 2 Single Beds combined and cannot be separated) with a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3: Features 2 Single Beds. Sofa Bed: A Double Sofa Bed is available in the living room for additional guests. An additional guest fee of AUD $50 per guest applies when using the sofa bed. Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request. A fee of AUD $50 per night applies, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Living and Dining Separate Living Area: A comfortable living room featuring a lounge, TV, and dining area.
Bathroom and Laundry Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms, each featuring a shower and toilet. One is a private ensuite connected to the master bedroom. Additional Toilet: A separate toilet is located on the ground floor. Internal Laundry: Equipped with both a washing machine and dryer.
Core Amenities Kitchen: Full-size kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and appliances. Climate Control: A newly installed air conditioning system with both cooling and heating is available throughout the villa. Connectivity: Free building guest Wi-Fi is provided (speed and reliability may vary). Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.
Building Access and Parking Access: The villa is located on the ground floor. Parking: Complimentary basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are shared and cannot be reserved.
Important Information Check-in and Key Collection: Key collection is located approximately 600 metres from the property. Full check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival. Internal Stairs: Please note that this is a two-storey villa with internal stairs connecting the ground and first floors. Additional Bedding Charges: The sofa bed is available for additional guests, with an additional guest fee of AUD $50 per guest. An extra folding bed is also available upon request for AUD $50 per night and must be booked for the entire duration of your stay. Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary. Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional. Nature and Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.
