Great facility with lots of shopping and dining close by, including a great in-house restaurant. Staff we pleasant and sorted a minor issue for me right away.

The room was dusty. The sofa bed was made up with dusty cushions from the sofa instead of pillows. The stairs and concrete areas had ground-in filth. There is no breakfast and no food choices until lunch time. Overall a tired old pub lacking maintenance and showing no interest in the motel side of things. A $14 mixed cocktail was served at the bar in a tiny flat glass. I would never subject my family to this again. Certainly not a comfortable nor nice experience.

We take your concerns serious and have since booked professional cleaners to service the stairs and surrounding areas. We have spoken to our housekeepers about the cleanliness of our rooms and how to correctly make our sofa beds and are will be getting them all steamed cleaned. Good conditions for one or two nights

Good conditions for one or two nights. The access to the hotel in not very clear and we end up entry through the casino and bar, with all our baggage. That was the worst part. Until 10pm you still can ear some noise but the rest of night was calm.

Good Accom. Everything you need and comfy bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highlight for us was tavern and excellent meal options. Staff here were very friendly. Overall a very good place for our 2 night stay.

Our room had its own balcony overlooking the river. It was lovely. The beds were really comfortable. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious. I would stay there again.

Very convenient position, great having local shops next door. Fantastic having bistro/restaurant connected to the accommodation. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Air con/ heating was quite loud, that being the only issue. Would definitely stay again. 😊

Good location for driving access to freeway, shops and Sporting facilities (Heritage Stadium and Gold Coast Sports & Leisure Centre. Average external appearance but 3.5 star appointed rooms that are neat and comfortable. Daily room servicing was hit and miss. Friendly staff.

Lovely view of river, but balcony dirty and full of leaves, door frame filthy, cups still dirty from day before not cleaned or bin emptied, pizza and box still sitting on top of bin waiting to be emptied.

Very expensive but was somewhat expected due to last minute booking. The reception was a little difficult to find as it is tucked behind the building, better signage needed. Was given the wrong room we had booked for, but the staff was helpful to rectify this. The aircon in our room was super noisy, but turning off and opening the balcony door was not an option as there was no fly screen. Average overall, OK for a short overnight stay.

It was in a convenient location, bed was comfy, bathroom was dirty, urine splatters on the floor, dirty muddy foot prints on the floor, dirty coffee mug, and rubbish sticking out under the bed, suggest you get new cleaners who have an eye for cleanliness.

We had booked a queen bed for 1 adult 2 little kids, but was given a double bed. When the pillows dont fit side bu side on the bed it is not a queen. Plus the room size is so small for the proce of the venue.

We thought the room was very clean and had everything we needed for a one night stop over. The only thing I would say is that the family rooms are not easily accessible by pram as there is at least about 10 stairs to get to room
