You have the option of hopping on the tram right out the front! Or if you prefer things are within walking distance. Room was clean and tidy and has been renovated, the bathroom is beautifully renovated but the downside of the bathroom is that the shower water doesn’t run down the drain, it goes all over the bathroom floor, making it a slipping hazard. Using towels to keep the water at bay.

This property is located within a short walk to the beach. Our room was well presented, clean and tidy. However, there was a building site next door and the noise started at 6 and continued until 5. We were not told about this until after we paid. We wanted a relaxing holiday but this noise was loud, disruptive and not conducive to a quiet and restful holiday.

Great location a block back from the beach, buses running up and down the coast pass the front of they units. Lots of good coffee nearby and great selection of clubs, restaurants etc. our unit was large and very comfortable.great value

Great location, walk to a world-class beach, restaurants and grocery stores. 50cent bus to Pac Fair, and 50cent tram to the glitter strip. Friendly staff, free underground parking, clean rooms and a pool area with hot-tub.

Afteer hours key pickup was seamless , we settled into our clean room , bed was so comfy , really enjoyed our 2 night stay , and then upon leaving , dropped our key in the box as we left the carpark , perfect .. we will always recommend or stay here 😁

Nice and big room, recently renovated with nice Gold Coast vintage posters making it cosy - though you can still feel a bit of the "older" vibes behind it. Room was provided with everything needed, I was even impress by the amount of plates / clutery + they ensure to provide dish soap. Microwave was a plus. I did not get any service on the first day, second day they dropped a set of fresh towels (only stayed 3 nights) Location is great, right by the light train and 2min to the beach. There are also buses to easily access Burleigh Heads. Close to shops and supermarkets. I arrived late, check in was smooth with instructions provided ahead and key easy to get once arriving. It is still pricey for what you get, but in peak season at Gold Coast I would consider it "good value for money". On the negative sides, a few things: - I had a pool facing room, which is great, but also comes with the noise of kids/teenargers enjoying it from early mornings until 9pm. Not a deal breaker though. - Construction is everywhere: there is a the light rail one, but also the hotel in front is under renovation + the hotel itself. While they warn you in advance, any weekdays should be discounted given the disturbance, - Check out is 10am, which is quite early. And I was honestly quite surprised to get a know on my door at 10:00 (not 10:01!) asking me to leave as they wanted to get the room cleaned. I was basically ready and just putting on my shoes, but this felt a bit rude and unnecessary.

No issues with room - fine for a couple of nights. About 20-30 min walk down to central burleigh heads/ national park, and very close to the beach. If you’re checking in over the weekend, the desk shuts at 2pm so you will need to check in online before hand, but if booked through Expedia/hotels.com they won’t have the correct details to send this online check in through to you so make sure you contact the hotel beforehand. We got sorted quickly on arrival as there is an out of hours phone, but something to bear in mind!

I used a designated room for disabled travellers. It was perfect for my needs, and clean, comfortable and well equipped. About the only extra I'd have liked is a toaster. The staff was friendly and helpful too, so highly recommended.
