The staff are so lovely and helpful here, the entry is great, you feel good when you go to the pool area to chill and the gym is great too. My husband and I love it so much here that we are looking for a permanent stay :)

Great place to stay for the weekend, especially with a baby. Had a ground floor unit that had easy access to the pool and the unit facilities were great with full kitchen and laundry to use. Such a good location in close proximity to the casino, shopping and beach.

Very nice clean spacious rooms. Quiet area, but still close to the heart of Broadbeach and all the restaurants. The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. You get a very warm welcome here at Freshwater Point.

The unit had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the heated pool and gym and the little cafe for our morning coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful, too. The only thing that was really annoying was the tv in the main bedroom - too small and didn't work properly.

The apartment was very well laid out and spacious, and it was definitely a relaxing and comfortable stay. The reception staff truly went above and beyond when I brought some issues to their attention, which I greatly appreciated. That said, the pool area needs some serious attention. It felt grimy and not well maintained, which was disappointing for such a high quality resort. Additionally, I couldn't get the hot tub to work despite trying. The apartment itself would have been outstanding if there had been more attention to detail with the cleaning. The oven, toilet, and food utensils were all dirty, and the cupboard handles were sticky. I ended up buying antibacterial wipes to clean everything myself, which detracted from the overall experience. After raising these concerns with the staff, they were very helpful and did their best to assist, which was a highlight during my stay. With better maintenance and cleaning, this resort could easily be a top choice accommodation on the Gold Coast.

Not the best property I’ve been to. The biggest flaw and flag for anyone is that the curtains in the bedroom were definitely not made to measure. One side was fine, the other side was about 50cm short off the ground and both sides 20-30cm from the sides, so all I got was the light coming through every day. The living room also doesn’t have curtains or blinds. None at all. Secondly, the washing machine did not work! I had to call and then I personally had to turn the water valve on, only for then the machine to the flood the bathroom! The free breakfast was basic but the ladies at the cafe must’ve been the absolute highlight - so lovely and the thing that made it great (plus their homemade yogurt muesli!)
