[APARTMENT FEATURES]
Located on the top floor, our 3 bedroom penthouse apartment is located at the Wings Resort. Nestled between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, close to all public transport and local attractions, it's the perfect base to enjoy all things Gold Coast.

All prices include a general clean prior to arrival and an exit clean on departure.

This apartment is privately managed by Q Stay.
❇️ We are Private Apartments and photos are examples only and furniture varies.
⭐️ Please note that the living areas do not have block out blinds or curtains and this is where additional guests are accommodated on Sofa Beds or Rollaway Beds.
✅ Key collection is from our office at Suite 54/Level 2 Retail Precinct of Circle on Cavill – 9 Ferny ave, Surfers Paradise. Park in the Circle on Cavill Drive Way, head up to the retail area and turn right in to the walk way next to the Chemist and head up the escalators. Check in is from 3 pm. Our office is open 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Sunday.
The entire property is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were you own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.

- Q Stay does not manage onsite facilities such as the pool, sauna, gym, etc. and can not control when and for how long closures/maintenance will occur. No compensation will be given for such events.

We manage this apartment offsite and are available when needed via the office number or the afterhours number provided on check in.

Potential great view but not that clean

On arrival parking was nightmare as hadn’t been explained by person giving us keys how to access it. First impression of apartment was great view and spacious but had musty smell and didn’t seem as clean as it should be. Carpet torn which detracted from impression and no directions as to how to operate either the washing machine which kept stopping or the spa. Exhaust fans in both bathrooms didn’t work and side lamps also not working on top room. Television and DVD player didn’t work in one of the rooms despite coming on with no instructions as to why this might be the case. Our child then couldn’t watch any dvds which was a disappointment.Fridge seal not working so we had to keep checking that door closed so food wouldn’t get too warm inside. Spa went cold second night but maintainance polite and helpful and fixed it once notified. Enjoyed the views and the beds comfortable but I wasn’t convinced that they were very clean once stains on blankets seen. Apartment had great potential to be better than it was if the aforementioned areas are improved upon so would give it another chance if notice taken of impressions.

Wasn’t look photos.It unit was Filthy.Had 3 lots of cleaners in that’s how bad to was.

Was very disappointed with the penthouse not same as photos but was told that it was .One couch had no legs on it carpet were filthy .Rubbish was left in cupboards Had to have carpets and couches cleaned the following day .Had 3 lot of cleaners there and still toilet brush didn’t get cleaned .Food and toy left under couch water bottle under bed drinks Spelt all over kitchen, stair were dirty glass had hand marks all over them spa had dirt on Botton of it and didn’t work right carpets were very stained boxes of empty cans and bottle left in cupboard .I can just keep going on very poor for a penthouse and the money we payed for it to have cleaners there on arrival then had to have them come back and clean again was a joke as they still didn’t do a rite job .The 3 lot of cleans came on Monday it was a better clean but you should have to go though what we did on our holiday very very disappointed.I do have all photos of the penthouse if you would like to see them Helen

Fantastic stay

The stay was absolutely fantastic. Right from checking in the property to checking out was seamless. Clean property with awesome view. Couldn’t ask for more when you are on holidays. Would definitely recommend and will stay again here.
