"We've had an amazing stay at Hilton Surfer's Paradise. Place is very conveniently located, with access to the beach and many shops and restaurants nearby. The service staff here are all very helpful and friendly. The ladies at the lounge were very nice and accomodating to our requests. The breakfast buffet spread was top-notch in its quality and variety, compared to the hotels we visited in Queensland so far. Cathy, one of the service staff, was very friendly and helpful, despite the hectic crowd in the morning. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and counter staff made us feel very welcome. Parking was ample and convenient, though the traffic along the road to the hotel can be very heavy at peak hours. All in all, I'm very impressed with the level of service and definitely would consider a Hilton hotel for my next trip"
