Excellent

Staying in this place was very comfortable. Nice place for both short and long term vacation. We got a penthouse for 5 day staying. 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom was great for couples or family. Although the location was about 15 minutes uphill from the Golden town but the view was totally worth it. We didn't have time to try all the facilities in the place recommended by the staff. Overall, this was a great place if you travel to Banff or Jasper.

The property is way up on the mountain side. Take your time getting up to the lodge. The drive can be a little intimidating. But, once you're up there, the property is gorgeous. The staff were very accommodating. The room was clean and quiet. This was a nice play to stay.

Does not have air conditioning in the rooms, because of that, we keep balcony door open to get fresh air all night long, We don’t sleep until 1::00am because of noise from day lodge party just near main building. Quite time start at 10:00pm, but not for building nearby. Just keep in mind

Internet didn't work. room was small. whoever painted the room last did a poor job on the bathroom trim. The pillows were nice and I was glad there was a fridge.

We reserved a room for 4 persons but only 1 set of bedding was there. Called room service and they delivered that. Duvet is worn out and cotton inside was out. Bath towel is extreme dirty. We had several photos to show. Very limited dining in this area. Map shows open but that said they are closed.

The lodge had very little accommodations for dinning. Main restaurant was booked for weddings, both nights. The smaller restaurant was poorly managed, seating was an issue, I'll leave it at that. We had to drive into Golden for dinning daily.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Lage sehr schön. Balkons durch Schwalbennester zum Teil wirklich nicht nutzbar, Tausch war bei uns jedoch ohne Probleme möglich. Keine Klimaanlagen, Lüften nur durch Balkontür möglich! Küchenzeile im Zimmer super für eigenes Frühstück. Viele Zimmer sind privat, daher auch bei ausgebuchtem Haus im Sommer wenige Touristen und Gastronomie sehr eingeschränkt, aber man bekommt vorher Info dazu und in Golden gibt es wirklich gute Restaurants.
