The electrical power outlets are outdated and none of the plugs hold tight. It’s a matter of time the whole facility could be burned down due to short circuit. Don’t come here. Find something good.

Area is great as it is very quiet, near to a brewery, and moments away from many restaurants. The rooms and facility are above expectations for a motel. However the downfall with our stay was the cleanliness of the bathroom and sheets. This was a last minute choice and we would give it another shot.

It's a good low-mid end motel. Clean and pretty quiet and walking distance to Kicking Horse Pedestrian Bridge and to Downtown. While it needs updating on they're beddings but they're clean and no musky smell which some motel have. With they're decent price as compared in other hotels/motels in the area.

3 points! The drive-in motel was good, room was clean, fresh and comfortable with an ample parking and the property located in downtown and walking park nearby. 2 points was lost because they misled us about they're "plated breakfast" and we're really looking forward as we're on our next trip the next day. But there wasn't. Sad, but it was a false adverstisement. And it was never explained to us that almost all of their amenities are still closed, which we never knew it wasn't mentioned to their advertisement as well. Don't get wrong, still their location and housekeeping department are awesome!

The check in was easy, the room was fairly clean although quite old. If you’re just looking for a decent, reasonably price place to sleep in Golden this is it. If you’re looking for a brand new top of the line place maybe look elsewhere.

This is a large property that is spread around the block. Your room could be quite distant from the office or the ice machine. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. noise from footsteps could be heard from the room next door. There was a Keurig coffee machine with generic pods (best bring your own) and there was no clock or tissue dispenser. I thought it was very pricey for an older and austere property.

It’s very old and in need of tlc. Stained linens. Bathroom with torn Lino and old caulking, grime in the corners. But everything works and it’s more comfortable than an oilfield camp.

Everyone was smiling and nice to us, and we paid all in under 200, but this place really needs upgrading. Old well used furniture, stained sheets and towels ( they had been washed though) - there was a musty smell in the room. That being said, we got a good deal and survived the night, the No frills coffee worked, the black out blinds were helpful. Its worth paying a bit more money to stay somewhere else ( oh there is an indoor pool that we didn't get too, it was probably amazing)
