"Only one chair so hubby and I took turns sitting, not even a hook high enough to hang a suit or a long gown, bathroom door was damaged at the bottom, lighting was terrible and no coffeemaker. Staff was great and room was clean but far from comfortable."

"There were several issues but the most memorable was the water pressure with the shower head. It was basically a trickle. It was like showring with a waterhose on the lowest water settings. When I wanted to make coffe in the room, there was old coffee still there. The televisions connection was the worst, it kept pixalating and freezing. I could hear the other rooms water pressure all night. When I went to get coffee from the lobby's free breakfast, there was a homeless woman eating breakfast in the lobby and knowbody blinked an eye. I could go on. But i think I've said enough."
