“We’ve just returned from a fantastic two-night winter sun break at the Grand Muthu Golf Plaza Hotel, and it absolutely delivered. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and welcoming; exactly what you want when escaping the winter gloom. The staff were genuinely excellent throughout: friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, which really made the stay feel effortless. Our room was lovely — clean, comfortable, and a perfect base to unwind between pool time and……

“Volgens de omschrijving is er een bubbelbad; dat is in dit geval een gewoon bad met bubbel installatie. Dus geen hot tube of zo. Kamers zijn schoon, personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten is er erg goed met een ruime keuze aan gerechten.”

“I stayed in Royal Level. Staff was great. Food was excellent. Very nice pool. Close to beach walkway.”

“圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。”

“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”
