Reception, i ragazzi hanno imparato il manuale, ma danno molte informazioni sbagliate, orario della colazione del fine settimana, possibilità di parcheggiare fronte hotel, molto lenti. Dal lunedì al venerdì meglio non parcheggiare fronte hotel, ci sono i tribunali, meglio cercare nei paraggi oppure pagare 15 euro per il loro parcheggio. Camera stretta, nuova, armadio (come da foto) ridicolo, al bagno mancano...

Not as close to the airport or downtown as you’d expect, so getting around takes time. Also, traffic noise at night can be annoying. Fine for a quick stopover, but probably not great for a longer stay in Madrid."

"Breakfast was wonderful. We had dinner there and it was very good as well. The appartment was comfortable and clean. We had a frustrating commmunication issue because we called ahead to see if we could store our bags there ahead of our stay and we were told we could, but when we showed up with the bags, they wouldn't take them. It was disappointing to have to scramble to find another place to store our luggage on short notice."
