"The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodated all of our needs. Our flight arrived early and we were able to store our luggage conveniently in a basement locker location that was very secure. The bed was exceptionally comfortable had some trouble with the shower and it was kind of messy so we had to get extra towels to mop everything up. Location was good in the Gothic district and close to La Rambla. Definitely an older neighborhood."

"It is a close to attractions like Sangrada. Though this area is safer than others you still have to look out for thief’s. There were pick pockets in the streets and followed us into shops. This seems to be the case everywhere in Barcelona. The staff were perfect and so accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here. "

"Location is great. Staff are very helpful and nice. Room service is ok. The terrace “roof top” is amazing. The street view and the garden view rooms are very nice . The comfort rooms are super small and dark. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Pictures on Expedia are misleading a bit for the comfort room. We requested an upgrade to get a better room and we had to pay the difference but so much worth it. Hotel location is amazing, super convenient. We requested "
