Service is slow, inconsistent, and often inattentive, with management appearing overly focused on delegation rather than actively supporting operations. A more hands-on leadership approach is clearly needed.

“Great view of the sunset over the ocean from the room. All clean and beautifully decorated. Friendly staff. Lovely swimming pool. Tasty breakfast. Free shuttle to the beach though the walk is fine too.
Good options available for dinner but pricing could be more transparent - also more expensive than local restaurants around, as you’d expect.
We had a great stay and definitely hope to come back!

“Not a 5-star experience – very disappointing stay
I stayed at Pickalbatros White Beach Resort Taghazout with my partner from 2nd–5th April 2026, and the experience was very disappointing.
The room and bathroom were poorly cleaned, with visible hygiene issues including hair strands left behind. The room itself was in a dilapidated condition and nowhere near 5-star standards.
There were also serious safety concerns. Some lights produced a burning smell when switched on, suggesting faulty wiring……

“The toilet seat in my room was completely broken - both parts - making it very uncomfortable to use.
A plug socket to the left of my bed was not screwed in making it very dangerous to use.
Although I arrived at the property at 6.30pm there was nobody on reception that could speak English For some reason the web-form I had to complete for registration didn't work, even though I was instructed to try it 4 times. This had to be completed manually in the morning!”
