Wir kamen um 16 Uhr am Airbnb an und der Code für den Schlüsselkasten wurde nicht bereitgestellt. Wir kamen erst um kurz vor 21 Uhr in das Airbnb, indem ein Hotline Mitarbeiter uns weitergeholfen hat. Zudem ging der Strom 2x aus. Daraufhin wurde schlecht / bis gar nicht mit uns kommuniziert und der Hausmeister musste uns weiterhelfen. Ansonsten war auch kein weiteres Personal vor Ort. Die Lage des Airbnb ist dennoch sehr gut, direkt am Strand und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt.
