DELICIOUS APARTMENT with air conditioning- GOLFO DI MARINELLA COSTA SMERALDA

Lovely FINELY RENOVATED apartment in the heart of the Emerald Coast located in the residential complex on the sea "Baia De Bahas" in a panoramic position on the Gulf of Marinella 5 km from Golfo Aranci and 4 km from Porto Rotondo, completely immersed in the vegetation of oleanders, bougainvillea, distant 150mt from the sea characterized by small coves of white sand with scattered granite rocks.
The nicely furnished apartment is on the first floor comfortably accommodates six people and consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds and a large living room of approx. 25 with a kitchenette equipped with a sofa / double bed, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. The apartment has a washing machine, a fitted kitchen with an electric oven, a fridge / freezer.
The apartment is located in the central body of the village just a few meters from the restaurant-pizzeria and the supermarket, bar and newspaper and tobacco shop.
The village is ideal for a holiday of relaxation and fun; in the village there is a tennis court.
Nearby is the Yachting Club with landing stage and boat and raft rental, surf school, diving center and fabulous restaurant by the sea.
The price of the stay includes the cost of electricity, gas and water.
The house is open from April until the end of October.
For reservations in May and June extra 10% discount to be applied on the exhibited rates

L'appartamento è confortevole, ben attrezzato e c'è tutto ciò che serve per vivere una vacanza serena e comoda. Apprezzabile le tante piccole attenzioni, phon per capelli asse e ferro da stiro, ombrellone per la spiaggia un vademecum con l'indicazione delle spiagge nei dintorni e persino delle pile batterie di ricambio per i telecomandi. Piacevole il percorso verso il mare. Disponibilità e cortesia all'arrivo, durante il soggiorno alla partenza della proprietaria e dei gestori, molto apprezzate. Location appartement

L’appartement n’était pas conforme au descriptif de l’annonce, fait pour un maximum de 4 personnes.Pas de terrasse pour manger à six juste pour 2 personnes et étendre le linge . Les matelas des lits sont inconfortables et mous. La cafetière est une dînette pour enfants. Nous avons demandé une autre cafetière et on nous a répondu d’aller déjeuner au restaurant avec un bon café et des brioches .Ne pas mettre la Clim et la machine à laver en même temps car vous n’aurez plus d’électricité ( ne chercher pas le compteur , il se trouve au milieu de la résidence)..plus de gaz le samedi soir , on nous a changé la bouteille le lundi matin à 9h. La résidence est très bruyante et de bonne heure le matin ainsi que tardivement le soir. A l’arrivée l’hôte nous a rien présenté de l’appartement et au départ aucun état des lieux juste là pour récupérer les clés et au revoir. Nous garderons pas un bon souvenir de l’accueil de la Sardaigne.

Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand, relativ sauber und liegt in einem Feriendorf rund 20 Autominuten von Olbia entfernt. Die Verwalterin vor Ort (Graziella) ist äußerst nett und zuvorkommend und mit dem Google-Übersetzer funktioniert die Kommunikation bestens. Der Strand des Ferienorts ist klein aber fein. Und wenn man ein Boot oder Wanderschuhe hat, kann man wunderschöne, einsame Buchten erreichen. Die Wohnung ist, wie angegeben klein und ich würde von einem Aufenthalt mit 6 Personen unbedingt abraten. Mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern habe ich es schon als ganz schön eng empfunden. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist in Ordnung. Die Matratzen sind mir persönlich viel zu weich und die italienische Lösung, anstelle einer Bedecke eine Konstruktion aus mehreren Schichten dünner Laken und einer nicht sehr sauberen Wohldecke empfinde ich als ungemütlich. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist furchtbar. In kürzester Zeit rutscht man mit den lose aufgelegten Sitzkissen immer weiter Richtung Fußboden. Bitte bedenken Sie bei Ihrer Buchung, dass es kein Wlan gibt. Das kann ja auch ganz nett sein - digital detox - aber wenn mann Abends mal Musik oder einen Film auf dem mitgebrachten iPad anstellen will, ist man aufgeschmissen. Weiterhin ist zu bedenken, dass das Feriendorf im Herbst (einer wahnsinnig schönen Reisezeit für Sardinien) komplett leer und der kleine Supermarkt vor Ort geschlossen ist. Zum Einkaufen muss man mit dem Auto ins nächste Dorf oder nach Olbia. Eine Sache noch zur Buchungsplattform: Ich würde beim nächsten Mal über Air B'n'B buchen, auch wenn ich die Plattform aufgrund ihres Geschäftsgebarens nicht mag. Vergleichbare Wohnungen bekommt man dort für wesentlich weniger Geld.

Einfach, hübsch und tolle Lage

Die Wohnung ist einfach aber hübsch eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet allerlei Geschirr und Töpfe. Für leichte Personen sind die Betten gut, für meinen Mann mit 85 kg zu weich gewesen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Feriensiedlung die mit vielen blühenden Blumen angelegt ist. Der Strand ist in 3min zu erreichen, das Wasser dort glasklar und der Sand fein. Fernsehen gibt es nur auf italienisch und WLAN kann man sich auf Anfrage in der Rezeption geben lassen. Der Empfang funktioniert aber nur im Bereich vor der Rezeption. Da wir im Oktober da waren, war es sehr ruhig und kaum Menschen da.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr schönen Gegend

Wir waren in der Wohnung von Antonella 2 Wochen lang. Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Antonella unterstütze uns von Ferne. Ich fasse es alles zusammen: +Supermarket in der Nähe (2 Minuten). Das ist wirklich suuper! Man bekommt alles, was man braucht dort. +Parkplatz kostenlos +sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche +Waschmaschine +sauber +Strand Marinnella (Laufzeit 20Minuten zu Fuß) . Es ist sehr schöner und längster Strand in der Gegend con Costa Smeralda +Golfo Di Marinella ist ein gute Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge: la Madalena, porto Cervo, Olbia +Schildkröte queren die Straßen +Restaurant in der Nähe mit Wlan +Baha de bahas Spiaggia 5 Minuten (es ist zwar nicht so schön, aber sehr ruhig) +Sehr schöner Ausblick in der Nähe +lustige Katzen in der Gegend Leider gibt es Verbesserungspunkte: -keine Handtücher (vielleicht wegen Corona) wir müssten es selbst kaufen. -Keine Klimaanlage nur 3 Ventilatoren. Die ersten Nächten waren so heiß, dass wir gar nicht geschlafen haben. +-kein WLAN. Andererseits war das gut, da wir so Internet Detox genossen haben. Im Notfall bei dem Restaurant Il Segreto gibt es Internet kostenlos (+Frühstücks und Kaffee) +-Wohnungsübergabe ohne Englischkenntnisse war schon nicht einfach. Andererseits sehr sympathisch. Man kriegt es hin! Vielen Dank für die schönen Ferien! Wir empfehlen die Wohnung.

hors saison, c'est hors saison!

nous avons passés un bon séjour dans l'appartement d'Antonella. le lieu était très propre à l'arrivée. nous pouvions accéder le matin même de l'arrivée du ferry depuis livorno à olbia. merci à tout le monde. seul problème était l'électricité le matin. en préparant notre café à l'italienne et en réchauffant le pain acheté la veille tout l'appartement n'avait plus de courant. il fallait tout le temps aller l'enclencher sur le tableau d'électricité central du site. c'est le seul inconvénient que nous avions en dehors d'être hors saison. bonne continuation à tout le monde.

Genial!!!

El apartamento ha sido perfecto para nuestras vacaciones en familia. Es tal y como aparece en las fotos, muy acogedor y funcional. Todo muy limpio y nuevo. La urbanización preciosa y muy tranquila, justo lo que estábamos buscando delante de la playa. Antonella un encanto y María majísima, preocupándose porque estuviéramos bien .
