「Hosts were very welcoming and communicated well. House was big but did not sleep 10 as stated- 2 people would have had to sleep on a run down couch. Luckily we had family nearby that could accommodate extra guests. Slight smell of dog in certain areas was not pleasant. We only slept there so it served our purpose well enough. 」

「The unit was fine for a place to stay. The property manager is slow with check-in instructions and we never received any check out instructions. The manger is absolutely unavailable after normal business hours for any issues that come up, as we found out. The house had been updated recently but the workmanship was of mixed quality. The new flooring was laid over an obviously rotted subfloor juding by how springy the floor was when walking on it.」

「I was very impressed how clean everything was. Our cottage, the Rv spaces all of the property was in excellent condition. The staff was friendly and informed us of activities they had for each day we were there. I would strongly recommend it. Great place to stay for a family get away. 」

「I was very impressed with the ease of finding the house and being able to get in. The hosts was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I would definitely stay at this house again if I go back to Baton Rouge. The kitchen was my favorite room. 」
