"The King’s Port Inn has the perfect location if you want to take a 15 to 20-minute leisurely walk (3-minute drive) to Gooch’s Beach via Beach Avenue, or be steps from the shops on Western Avenue (Dock Square). The staff is very helpful with restaurant suggestions and activities to do for the day. The hotel is very clean, well maintained—upon entering its lobby you can smell the freshness. And for the cherry on top, there is all-day complimentary coffee and tea along with free daily breakfast that includes freshly made Belgian waffles."

"This was a phenomenal property, and an absolute STEAL for the price and location! The beds and linens were clean and comfortable, the bathtub and towels were so comfortable and soft! The toiletries were excellent and the room was well cleaned and well maintained! I also enjoyed the in-house gift shop for souvenirs as well as the lovely complimentary coffee and tea! They even had beach towels and beach chairs available for guest use on the beach! Everyone was kind and hospitable and we had an absolutely wonderful stay! Can’t wait to visit again!"

"Nice place for family vacation. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Lots of nice amenities like bikes, kayaks, s’mores fires nightly, and access offsite to a river pool thing. And the swimming pool on site is very well maintained. The breakfast is very nice with dairy free and gluten-free options. But the blueberry cake takes the cake!"
