“Pros: probably a great place for people who want to get out of the city with their children. There are outdoor tables and a fire pit and places for the children to play and see wildlife.
Cons: the nights were cool and the heating unit was loud with a pulsing sound. The toaster oven had a dirty tray in it. The silverware tray was dirty. “This host is a superstar! Not only did she help us with our uniquely scheduled visit, she made it clear she was there to help throughout the stay.
The location is very near the international airport & if the flight paths are adjusted the airplane noise can get loud, but wasn't a big problem by any means.
The property is an oasis in the ♡ of a large metro area...you'd never believe you are 20 minutes (not during rush hours) from pretty much anywhere in the Nashville area.

“Clean room. Was as described. Tried charging my card 500 instead of 250 for the deposit. Remote didnt work so couldn’t use the tv the whole trip and when communicated, they didn’t replace it. Couldn’t use the WiFi because it didn’t work and the fire alarms didn’t work, still had the pull tabs on it! Btw, locations in the BAD part of Nashville. The neighborhood does NOT look like what’s shown in the pics. Last day there, cockroaches appeared! Got documentation of all of it and the owners won’t……
