Beautiful little house for 2 persons in perfect location in Gordes. Very friendly and caring hosts. Great pool and garden with a privat terrace to relax. Perfect location to explore the Provence. Hiking possible in the surrounding from easy to challenging hikes.

We had a lovely 2 weeks in Gordes. The house is exactly as described and the photos are accurate. The house was very clean, all inside was of a very good standard and it was well equipped. Pool and garden provide a pleasant relaxing area and the house has a private patio area. Ideal location to visit the region and only a short walk into Gordes with its good selection of cafes, restaurants and shops. A couple of nice walks from the house including the "longer" route into Gordes with a challenging uphill stretch!! Anne and Olivier are excellent hosts. They are on site and were available for advice and a friendly hello. Thank you for making us feel at home and welcome from the start.

Gordes private house Accomdation for 2 with Pool

From beginning to end this was an excellent stay. Our hosts were wonderful and the accomodation fully equipped for our needs. With walking distance to Gordes no more than 10 mins from our front door an additional bonus. Meals out were good. With a private, cool sitting area and perfect pool we had a lovely 2 week break. The accomodation had air conditioning and a perfect safe place to park the car. We would like to personally thank the owners for making our stay so enjoyable..

A lovely place to stay in Provence

Anne and Olivier are extraordinory hosts. They greeted us with wine and appetizers and gave us great advice on places to eat and visit. The restaurants they recommended were very the best as to food and ambiance. The house was very clean and a pleasure to stay in for a week. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the proximity to Gordes (10 minute walk) and its central location in Provence. We walked and did cycling and also visited the coast for a paddle boarding adventure. A perfect stay!

Vacation in Gordes

My wife and I recently returned home from a wonderful week of exploring the Luberon valley in Provence. After spending several weeks in Amsterdam, Bruce and Paris we were both ready for some quiet days in the country. We spent long days exploring beautiful and historic hill towns, markets and wild spaces. What made our vacation especially relaxing and comfortable was to be able to return every afternoon to our fabulous guest house! Anne and Olivier have created a very peaceful, relaxing, quiet, clean and comfortable space for their visitors. Their yard is filled with olive and almond trees and beautifully tended gardens and lawn. And the pool and patio area was a thankful respite after a warm day of exploring. When we first arrived, Anne met us and gave us a tour of the property and of our guest house. In the fridge they had thoughtfully left us a chilled bottle of rose, some soft drinks, preserves and a delicious local melon. We made great use of the well stocked kitchen to prepare some meals from fresh foods bought at local markets. Most mornings we would take a short walk to the incredibly beautiful village of Gordes to buy some fresh pastries for our breakfast. The view of Gordes from Anne and Olivier's home is magnificent! Anne and Olivier are lovely people and we so enjoyed meeting them both. We truly appreciated the time they spent in giving us some travel tips and the care to which they give to their home and their guests. Thank you Anne and Olivier!

My daughter and I had the loveliest stay! Anne and Olivier were such kind and gracious hosts. They were so welcoming, offering recommendations for how to spend our time in the Luberon and even making a dinner reservation on our behalf at short notice the evening we arrived in Gordes. The property is absolutely gorgeous! The cottage is warm and cozy, and just as pictured. So many amenities, and the loveliest details! While the weather during our stay was too cool to use the pool, it was so beautiful, as was the garden. The views, of the surrounding mountains and olive tree-dotted countryside, as well as the breathtaking views of Gordes just across the way are stunning. We really can’t say enough about this wonderful experience. Merci Beaucoup, Anne et Olivier!

Gordes the Caseto

The caseto was perfect for two people. The hosts Anne and Olivier were really helpful with advice about the local attractions and markets. We were also treated to fresh eggs from their chickens. The pool was really a bonus and not too cold. The caseto had air conditioning which really helped with the heat. Gordes is really beautiful and an easy walk from the caseto. Anne and Olivier really were the perfect hosts. We had an amazing time there and hopefully will be back.

Sehr freundliche und warmherzige Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr nett und mit vielen Köstlichkeiten u.a. aus dem eigenen Garten empfangen. Das hübsche Steinhaus ist perfekt ausgestattet und der Garten ein kleine Oase. Anne und Olivier waren immer bemüht zu helfen und haben uns gleichzeitig völlig unsere Ruhe gelassen. Sehr nett war auch der gemeinsame Abend beim Aperitif. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Een pareltje

Een romantisch huis voor 2 personen, van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed verzorgd, bijna als nieuw en heel schoon. Anne en Olivier zijn schatten van mensen, die je hartelijk verwelkomen en er alles aan doen om je verblijf zo aangenaam als mogelijk te laten zijn. Er ligt een prachtig zwembad in een mooie tuin met dito uitzicht, welke je in volledige privacy kan gebruiken. Gordes zelf is een plaats die vooral bekend is van de prachtige locatie. Als je het erf van het huisje verlaat, heb je een schitterende belvedère op Gordes, dat op loopafstand ligt. Vanuit Gordes zijn talloze leuke uitstapjes te maken. Veel leuke markten en historische plekken. Zelfs de bekende abdij Sénanque ligt op loopafstand.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft liegt traumhaft, hat eine super Terasse, einen tollen Pool in wunderschönen Garten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich, einfach angenehm. Das kleine Häuschen hat alles was man braucht, ist einfach gehalten aber gemütlich und sehr sauber. Waschmaschine gibt es nicht, aber es gibt ca 7 km entfernt Waschautomaten. Parkplatz und Möglichkeit Fahrräder unter zu stellen direkt vor der Haustür, sehr praktisch. Gordes ist wunderschön, aber touristisch. Bäcker und Spar in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche mit sehr netten Vermietern/ Gastgebern in Gordes verbracht. C'est ce qui est écrit sur la porte du salon… et c'est vrai ! Nos hôtes, Anne et Olivier, sont accueillants, chaleureux et très serviables. Rückzugsort mit Charme

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei Anne und Olivier. Sie haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert und uns allen Freiraum gelassen, den wir uns wünschen konnten. Der Garten ist gepflegt und sehr schön. Es gibt verschiedene Plätzchen, wo man sich entspannen und genießen kann. Das Häuschen bietet alles, was man braucht. In der Umgebung findet man schöne Restaurants, Märkte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Natur für Erkundungen zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad. Wir haben es sehr genossen.
