Get what you pay for

It was location, halfway between Cookeville, TN and Santa Fe, NM. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed, not so well appointed room and lack of newer furniture. TV speaker was broken. It was a bed while driving 2 long legs out west. You get what you pay for also. The front desk agent was a nice man, but didn't understand English, very hard communicating and seemed uncaring.

Very convenient to Warner, the river, and area lakes. The room has an older smell, but it's extremely clean, and for the most part well-appointed. There are a few little things such as facial tissue that are missing. Nonetheless, it is an excellent location with very good customer service and outstanding quality for the price.

Always takes good care of us, I recommend it for a stay in Gore Oklahoma. Reasonably close to Lake Tenkiller.

It was very clean and convenient during a winter storm. They were able to accommodate my dog companion. For the one night stay.

Good value and very comfortable place to stay

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Rooms were quiet, impeccably clean, and good coffee machine in room.The area was quiet as could be, safe feeling with dining options suggested right around the hotel.

Cheap and no frills.

Meh, it was a motel that has definitely been around for a long time. Could use updating. Wasn't the cleanest nor the best, but was servicable for the stay.

A lovely place to stay while visiting family in town. Super clean, nice room amenities, comfortable bed, fridge & microwave..Staff is exceptionally friendly. We had a wonderful time here.

Great place to stay, affordable and clean!

Staff were friendly, building and room was nice, we had everything we needed, and everything was super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The coffee in my room was perfect to my personal liking. We had a great stay!

Great stay as always!

My husband and I book here quite often. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always tidy. Great little staycation spot if you're in the area. Bed was pretty comfortable. A/C worked great. Property was clean, well maintained.
