Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I made a reservation but was told there was no room for me so I had to find somewhere else. I was promised a full refund. That refund never came, it has been two weeks. My only way to get their attention is with this 1 star review. You are holding my $40, give it back.
