I couldn't make my check in because I did not receive the code in my phone or mail. If it wasn't that other people were doing their check in at the same time, went to their room, came down with the password for internet and then being able to connect to my laptop and recheck my inbox (where the code had arrived) I don't know what would have I ve done since the number provided to call was not picked up earlier. However, in Expedia clearly said there was people at the reception. Never saw a human being. Not at arrival. Not at check out. What if ones need something? If there is no hot water or electricity or something? Who you talk to? Said that, the hotel itself, the room, the beds etc were excellent.
