Nous avions toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre séjour: indications pour le stationnement, les codes pour les portes les restaurants, les activités. Tout ça par courriel envoyé par notre hôte.”

“This apartment is located close to everything. It is comfortable and charming place. Some routine maintenance does need to happen (fixing the broken curtain rod so it doesn’t fall apart when trying to close the curtain for example). It was a very enjoyable stay.”

“The neighbourhood is in need of serious renovation compared to other districts in St. John’s. The apartment also needs overhaul. Everything is substandard. It's dark. Various minor repairs are required. Decoration and furniture are old-fashioned and have no charm. Even towels are frayed and gray from overwashing. It is not a place where one feels at home. We ended up leaving after just one night. We asked for a partial refund to no avail.”

“Staying in a jellybean house was on our wish-list for my first trip to St. John’s. This charming home, main floor + lower level (where the washroom is), was well-equipped with a full kitchen, laundry, and a lovely backyard with string lights (nice touch!). And excellent coffee (important!). Exploring the neighbourhood was fun (we learned o zig-zag!) and downtown/harbour are a close walk away.”

“I absolutely loved staying here! It is a very bright and open space, the beds are SO comfortable, everything was clean and the kitchen is beautiful. This spot has everything you need. Tasha was very friendly, quick to respond and super helpful with everything. I would recommend this spot for sure.”

“All in all a great stay. Very unique being a "jellybean" house. The floors were quite slanted which just added to the charm. The host was very responsive, the parking for intercity was fantastic. Both bedrooms were large. Barndoors upstairs saved a ton of space as the hallway was quite narrow. We were four and there were only 3 coffee cups, 3 wine glasses and 3 dinner forks. Fortunately only 3 drank wine and only 2 had coffee but it could be a problem for other folks. When we mentioned……

“Robert has done an amazing job renovating the property, there is so much attention to detail and the design is very well thought out. At the time of writing the photos don't do it justice. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant to spend time in. There are some interesting things to look at in the living area too, including local interest books, musical instruments, games, pictures and a curio cabinet. The location is quiet and picturesque for those who prefer to be outside the city but is……
