“Charming cottages with amazing access to Acadia! Worked great for our family”

“This property is beautiful! It's surrounded by trees and felt private, even though there are other homes nearby. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The sunroom has been redone since the photos posted. It's a wonderful place to have coffee or an evening glass of wine. My family enjoyed walking down to the water, exploring the beach. We saw jellyfish and hermit crabs. The location was perfect. We were close enough to Acadia and lots of other wonderful towns. We absolutely……

“We stayed for 4 nights with friends and had an amazing time. This place was amazing and very clean. No issues whatsoever with the little construction that was nearby. Everything you will need is provided and all things you want to do is very close. The fire pit was a great Maine experience and communication with the owner is super easy. Definitely will stay again. Sail Acadia is a wonderful sailing experience with a wonderful sailboat named Alice. Biel’s And Thurston’s are both great lobster……

“Staying on the "quieter" side of Mt Desert Island, gave us the opportunity to hike new parts of Acadia with views just as spectacular as Cadillac Mt. ( Mt. St. Sauvier and Acadia Mt). The yurts were a great compromise for the 2 young adults wanting camping in the woods and us elders preferring a bed and kitchen. THANKS Acadia Yurts!”

“This cabin was amazing! The location back in the woods up the end of the road was a welcome retreat after days exploring the island and Acadia. The deck was perfect for coffee in the morning or drinks at night. The sunrises were beautiful to watch from our own bedroom. :). Fire pit was so cool to have and the wood provided was perfect . Vicki was a great host and we’d definitely come back for a stay in the future. ”

It’s located right on Blue Hill Bay; there was plenty of room for the two of us; it was quiet and peaceful and the hosts Carol and Leslie were great. They responded immediately to any question or issue that we had. We’ve been renting properties in the Blue Hill area for over 30 years, and this was definitely one of the best.”

“Lovely cottage close to Acadia National Park and a short drive to Bar Harbor. The house was clean and perfectly sized for our family of four. It was especially nice having 1.5 bathrooms with two teenagers in the family! We also loved sitting out on the porch as well as having a grill to cook dinner. Would not hesitate to recommend this cottage to family and friends traveling to the area. And we look forward to visiting again ourselves one day!”
