Great family house

Very pleasant house just on the edge of Goult, a two minute walk to village centre. House was clean and well equipped and had recently installed air con throughout. Large pool and adequate outdoor space. Herve the manager was very helpful and responsive. Great stay.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay in Goult. The house is perfectly located only a few minutes by foot from the village. The house is very well equipped and quiet. Herve, the property manager, is fantastic, accommodating and easy to work with. The village of Goult has a nice store for groceries and household items, a butcher and cheese shop and several good restaurants.

The villa is beautiful and very well equipped. We loved the location! Goult is a very relaxing, tranquil village with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. We had some lovely meals in the village. The location is great for sightseeing with so many beautiful places very close by. We always enjoyed coming back to the villa after a day out and going to the local cafes for a drink. I would totally recommend!

Fantastic location and facilities. Much thought has gone into equipping the house. Loved the pool and the outdoor areas. The photos don’t do it justice. And we loved the proximity to the village. A fabulous time was had by all. Thank you.

Spent an amazing week here with ages 6 months to 80 years, and a terrific time was had by all! Ideal location just a few min walk to a beautiful village that’s not crowded with tourists yet has everything you need with friendly shopkeepers, and just 15 min to so many quintessential towns of the Luberon. The air conditioning is nice for summer, including when we arrived in late May. The pool is comfortably warm and in sun all day, yet there’s also plenty of shade nearby on the loungers and on the huge patio. Beds are comfortable, linens are of good quality, and plentiful bath and pool towels are provided. Strong and reliable wifi throughout the home, which we learned after moving properties from another home in the village is not always a given with the older homes with thick walls and quirky wiring. Although this is a new build, it has plenty of charm and character, and the benefit of modern comforts and design. Would not hesitate to book again!

A great place to be

Beautiful house in a wonderfull surrounding. The house offers all you need to enjoy your stay in the provence. We enjoyed the dinners on the terrace, the morning dive in the pool and the roadtrips to the nearby towns and villages. Herve and Sandra are really helpfull and absolutely responsive. And last but not least : Goult must be one of the prettiest towns in the wider area ! We definitely recommend this house !!

Excellent house in Goult

We had a lovely time staying here in July. The house is part of a small development and is a couple of minutes walk from the village. Goult has a superb bakery and several restaurants. The village is a great base for exploring this area. This is a lovely property, well maintained, furnished and equipped. The agents Hervé and Sandra were so helpful throughout and dealt with everything so promptly. We would happily stay here again.

Well designed townhouse, close to centre of village

If you love Goult, you will love this accommodation. The only drawback .. It is advertised as a four bedroom home .. but would be better suited to two or three couples rather than 4, as it has only 2 toilets. The pool and garden area are quiet and private.

Spectacular Luberon, explored from a gem of a village house

Our party of 4 adults spent 2 weeks in this lovely village house in what must be one of the quietest, but no less beautiful villages in the Luberon. We had good directions from Herve prior to our arrival. The house has excellent facilities, inside and outside, a lovely pool, good sun loungers, well equipped kitchen, huge showers in the bathrooms and very sturdy and comfortable beds. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Walking distance (literally 3 mins) from village shops (epicerie, yummy patisserie and fromagerie) and 3 superb high end restaurants. We were surprised that there is only one cafe (Cafe de la Poste) which was obviously the hub of social gathering and was buzzing every day and evening. The melon festival was a sight to behold. The view from the windmill at the top of the village was amazing. The house was a great base from which to explore the area - beautiful villages like Gordes, Roussillon and the town of Apt all within 30 mins drive, and Avignon is a must (to dance on the bridge of course) and the Avignon free park and ride worked really well. But the sheer spectacular jaw dropping splendour of the Pont du Gard and the Roman Theatre at Orange are simply not to be missed - each within an hour's easy drive. We had superb sunny weather throughout our stay, which made the pool particularly welcome on return from a hot day out trawling the local markets or sightseeing. Jennifer the cleaner visited twice and was very friendly and efficient. In fact all the people we met in the village, the shops and the tourist attractions were amazingly friendly and helpful. We would certainly love to return. So thanks Herve for making our stay so relaxed and such a pleasure. All the best to everyone in Goult!
