Die Villa liegt etwas abgelegen, direkt neben einem Weingut. Wir sind zuerst daran vorbeigefahren, da wir nicht glauben konnten, dass es ein so wunderschönes Anwesen ist, welches wir gemietet hatten. Ein Anwesen, diese Formulierung trifft es auf den Punkt. Durch ein schmiedeeisernes Tor kommt man auf den sehr gepflegten Vorplatz der Villa. Wir wurden dort sehr freundlich von Isobel empfangen, welche uns auch die Villa und die Außenanlagen zeigte. Wir hatten mit einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus gerechnet, aber diese Villa übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Für 6 Personen ist sie sehr geräumig und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das gleiche gilt für die Außenanlagen und den sehr großen Garten. Alles war tiptop sauber und gepflegt. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir es direkt bereut, dass wir nur 5 Tage in der Villa Maquis bleiben konnten.
