“The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. ”

“This place was nice. It was close to Versailles and close to the LDS Temple, which was great for us. There was one time when someone opened the door and then quickly closed it again without saying anything. I asked about it, and I was told that the person got confused about the room that needed to be cleaned. I’m fine with making a mistake like that, but it would have been nice had they knocked again and apologized for coming in abruptly, and also let us know at that time that they got confused……
