“Parking was full, the room I booked “was not available” because the rooms were over sold. The employee was at the bar watching a basketball game & didn’t want to help us. He was totally unapologetic, and rude. I was unable to speak to the manager until Saturday evening, who gave me Hilton points to make things better, and said he would talk to the employee. Upon checkout, I saw the same employee wandering around and socializing with other employees in other areas. Somebody came to the desk &……

Black mold in the windows and heater/ac unit. The door latch lock was broken off the door to our room and when asked for a new one or a new room the desk lady tried refusing at first too saying it would be done tomorrow to anything I said it was done later that day as they didn't want to move us. “I called the property to see if they had a room on the main level as I'm in a wheelchair and unable to do stairs. The person who stated that they were infact in the Davenport hotel said that they had 1 room left on the main floor. We arrived at the hotel less than 30 minutes later and booked a room through Expedia. I go inside and had to call for the attendant to come to the front desk--it was 10 pm and we were exhausted. The guy asked me what I wanted and I said I had a reservation. He said……
