"Excellent and reasonable accomodations centrally located near all the sights of Sacramento. Breakfast was full & hot. If you are staying in Sacramento for vacation this is your place!"

"The breakfast menu was ok, they were out of coffee when I went down (I only had it 1 day out of 2) but they do have a waffle maker. The parking was ok and the building could use a fresh coat of paint. The room was very clean but a couple things in the bathroom could use some paint and fixed. The staff was polite and helpful and made it better for me. It's acentric hotel. I did not use the pool, but looked it a couple of days after it was extremely windy so it looked like it had some debris, so I can't truly judge what it looks like when it's not windy. "

"Smoke alarm kept going off - we changed out battery, removed battery & smoke detector from wall is was still going off. So, they had us change rooms within first half hour. Bathroom doors slide and dont lock, shower doors are clear glass ( two kids: boy/girl). Second room had questionable air conditioner- not aure if it was dust or mold (it was dust), cable went out 5 times - front desk fixed first time , I fixed it the other times due to the late (2am). Tv has 3 lines throw it, two top one middle No Ice machine or vending machines Breakfast wasn't too bad- options limited Pool- closed due to maintenance issues Stayed one night not the two we booked, found another place Night staff- nicer then morning Some loud People outside few times Upside Close to hospital, MDs and Ihop Also Motel 6 cross for this one 😉😉"

"THE BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME MY FAMILY ENJOYED IT...THE STAFF WAS AMAZING THEY REALLY TOOK CARE OF US ALWAYS SOME ONE AROUND TO TALK TOO IF WE HAD ANY PROBLEMS WHICH I DID....I LOST MY DEBIT CARD I REPORTED IT THE NEXT DAY FRONT DESK CALLED ME THEY FOUND IT....WE ALL HAD A GOOD TIME SITTING AT THE BAR WE ORDERED SOME FOOD IT WAS AMAZING....OVERALL WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WE ACTUALLY BOOKED A ROOM FOR MEMORIAL WEEKEND....CANT WAIT !!!!"

"Fun and beautiful hotel. I wish I had more time there. Beautiful hotel and attentive staff! Sadly out flight arrived late and our dinner plans in the immediate area was not meant to be. Room was beautiful, bed was amazingly comfortable, this would be a fun place for a wedding party. What I would do next time… get a morning flight!"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially when the water got turned off cuz a pipe burst. Not a huge fan of laminate floors in the rooms. But the bed was really comfortable. The AC in the room might have needed calibrating because it didn’t feel like 70. The door was difficult to close as well. The majority of the property was getting a major renovation so i expect much of this will be improved."

"Rooms are small and very overpriced for the size and amenities. The Sea Lions are on the dock across the river and bark all night long. The hotel does provide ear plugs but they don’t help much and the constant barking kept us up all night. The drinks are overpriced at $12 for a well drink. They give you vouchers for 2 drinks but it is limited to beer and house wine. If you want to stay on a 100 year old riverboat this is the place to do it but I wouldn’t recommend multiple nights. Your money is better spent elsewhere. "
