「Helen was brilliant throughout our stay. When we arrived, she showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. She gave us important details about good things to do and places to eat locally. The accommodation was fantastic, with spotless rooms that were cleaned daily. The entire place was decorated really nicely, too. Helen thoughtfully restocked our fridge with water every day so we would stay hydrated. Her warm hospitality made us feel genuinely at home. 「Room felt very damp..bedding felt damp..not sure if this was perhaps the first time being used for a while... Pool is very very small and I don't like the way anyone,non residents can come in and book sunbeds.. Breakfast was poor...very much "meh" Functional not appetising...some mornings this greek hotel had no greek yogurt..! Over all perceptions...poor choice..poor amenities..damp feeling room...not for me..」

「The room was very smaller than I anticipated, so double check the size with their website. The junior room is cramped for 2 people. If you get the bigger room it’s fine. Also, I would recommend the hotel to improve the entry door security (closing properly every time and secure passcode). The noise coming from the open air rock bar could barely be heard with windows closed and we were light sleepers. Other than that the staff very extraordinarily kind and welcoming at every interaction....

「Room was spotless on Arrival, And we were early! And Reception did all they could to get us in our room ASAP (3 hours earlier than actual check in time!) Staff were all lovely and helpful when needed, Polite and well spoken, from reception staff to the cleaners and the guys dealing with Breakfast. Air Con was ice cold and already on in the room when we arrived in it, and was included in the price. Hotel is handy for everything Rhodes - as you are pretty much in the middle of everything...
