Lovely staff, lovely entrance, lovely grounds and lovely comfy beds. Lost a star (would have been half a star if possible) unfortunately due to the ladies spa room as there were a number of maintenance issues and generally felt a little tired and worn out. I was very underwhelmed by this hotel. We just ate in the bar and my pizza was covered in garlic mayonnaise which was disgusting to be honest.
