Peaceful and pretty

Peaceful

The enclosed back porch looks over Horseshoe Lake and the view is beautiful. Location is close to Greenville so there are plenty of restaurant options. Great location and great cottage.

Family holiday Getaway

The cottage is very cute and clean. Perfect size for 3 adults. We used the kayaks and fire pit. The 3 season room was the main reason we rented the property. We enjoyed the property very much we we rented

Fourth of July getaway

Great cottage

We were in town to close out a family’s estate and this cottage was a great retreat to recharge. The 3 season room was a peaceful spot to drink my coffee each morning.

Great Lake Stay!!

Great little house on picturesque lake. Enjoyed their kayaks right off little beach and swimming. Close to hiking and Greenville. Clean and cozy.

Little Blue Bungalow

We had an amazing stay!! The place felt like home! It was cozy and very easy to work in the kitchen. When we arrived the firing place was already going making the cabin very inviting...we will definitely be back!!! Beautiful views as well...Thank you again!

Cozy Cottage!

Very comfortable and pleasant. Perfect for two people and two dogs 🐶.

Freshwater Rental is very easy to rent through. Very attentive and responsive. One small hiccup on our arrival and it was resolved within 10 minutes (if that).

Cute getaway

The property was great! We had a wonderful stay. The only thing I wished was done was that the heat was turned on before we got there. It took a full day to get the place heated. Also, there is a space heater in the closet that we didnt find until the end. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I'd recommend this place.

Great trip!

Perfect location for our short family trip. We were able to catch blue gill, perch, catfish and large mouth bass right from the dock. Kids loved the swim platform and we all enjoyed the kayaks! Screened porch was perfect for the rainy days and the house was just the right size. Cleanliness was as expected for an old lake house. The lake was perfect we will definitely consider visiting again. The only negative was only less than half a roll of toilet paper, we had to run to the store, which was only a short drive.

The Blue Bungalow

The house was nice and cozy, and we had a good time. We really enjoyed kayaking the different lakes, and we look forward to going back again. The cons of this rental would be that the water is dark/weedy and you can't see into it. There was a swimming raft on the property, which did not have a ladder attached to it. I am not sure how someone could even climb onto said raft.
