“When I first arrived I was told there was no reservation,entry door was stuck had to kick it in,No towels except one hand towel and one face cloth ,no cups for coffee or water,lightbulbs burnt out in bathroom, no shades on lamps, fridge froze food ,no chairs to sit on ,no place to put items on ,carpet felt slimy ,approximately 3inch ring of mold around tub ,blood splatters on all walls ,TV didn’t work woke up in morning to find window wide open but the pillows were soft”
